摘　　要：微生物实验基本操作是生物类专业学生非常重要的学习内容之一,但实验内容多,学时有限,传统实验教学模式难于达到教学目标。为提升教学质量,提高学生实践综合能力,本教学团队围绕微生物实验基本操作技术拍摄制备3D图片和3D微视频应用于实验辅助教学实践,取得良好教学效果。The basic operation of microorganism experiment constitutes one of the most important learning contents for students majoring in biology.However,the traditional model of experimental teaching can hardly realize the teaching goal due to too much content and limited class hours.In order to improve the quality of teaching and improve student’s comprehensive ability of practice,the teaching team has prepared 3 D pictures and 3 D microvideo based on the basic operating techniques of microorganism experiments,applied them to the experimental auxiliary teaching practice,and achieved good teaching results.
