摘　　要：随着国家对教育投入的增加,实验室的安全事故也呈现增长趋势。新加坡国立大学实验室安全法制健全,管理制度规范,组织结构严谨,已形成一门相对成熟的学科。展开国外化学实验室管理与建设对比研究,寻找我们与它们之间差距,对我们提高实验室建设和管理水平具有重要意义。With the increase of national investment in education,the laboratory safety accident is also is growing in the meantime.The laboratory of National University of Singapore(NUS) has the advantages of sound laboratory safety legal system,standardized management system,rigid organization structure and has already formed a fully-fledged discipline.It is of great significance for us to carry out comparative research on the management and construction of foreign chemical laboratories to find the difference between them in order to improve the level of laboratory construction and management.
