摘  要:为提升查收查引工作效率,给科研人员提供准确、可靠的收录检索服务,避免因基础数据与实际数据库不一致,而导致查收查引系统使用率低的问题。文中采用Python语言开发了基于B/S结构的查收查引系统,用户可以随时随地自助打印收录证明。通过蜘蛛自动爬取结合人工辅助的形式,使得系统达到数据库实时查询的效果。实践证明,系统有效降低了查证人员的工作时间,精确的系统数据还可用于高校机构成果库或其他科研服务系统,避免重复建设,提升工作价值。In order to improve the efficiency of coverage and citation certification,provide scientific researchers with accurate and reliable retrieval services,and avoid the problem of low utilization rate of retrieval and retrieval system caused by inconsistency between basic data and actual database,a coverage and citation certification system based on B/S structure is developed by Python language. Users can print the certificates themselves at anytime and anywhere. Through the combination of automatic spider crawling and manual assistance,the system achieves the effect of real-time database query. Practice has proved that the system effectively reduces the working time. Accurate system data can also be used in other scientific research service systems to avoid duplication of construction and enhance work value.
