摘  要:以采煤机调高液压系统为对象,对液压系统的工作机理和各个构件的选型进行系统分析,然后通过数值模拟软件进行仿真研究。仿真结果显示,摇臂在8 s时就会升高到指定高度,在调高的起始阶段因电磁阀无法稳定控制液压油的流速,引起了活塞杆运移速率较大,故认为可以将电液控制手段应用在该系统中。Taking the hydraulic system of shearer elevation as the object of study, the working mechanism of the hydraulic system and the selection of each component were systematically analyzed, and then the simulation research was carried out through the numerical simulation software. The simulation results showed that the rocker arm will rise to the specified height in 8 s, and the solenoid valve can not control the flow velocity of hydraulic oil steadily in the initial stage of the elevation, which results in the larger piston rod movement rate. It is believed that the electro-hydraulic control method can be applied in the system.
