摘 要:采用硅酮树脂作为绝缘包覆材料,通过压制和热处理制备FeSi6.5/Fe复合磁粉芯,探讨了Fe粉含量对磁粉芯磁性能的影响。研究结果显示,磁性粉末的表面存在一层厚度约为200nm的绝缘包覆材料,包覆后的磁粉芯在宽的频率范围内具有良好的频率特性。随着Fe粉含量的增加,磁粉芯的密度、最大磁导率、饱和磁感应强度和矫顽力都在逐渐上升。当Fe粉添加量为质量分数20%时,磁粉芯的饱和磁感应强度值从312.8mT增加到568.3mT,Bs提高了近81.7%。损耗分离研究显示,Fe粉的加入可以有效地降低磁粉芯的磁滞损耗,但在高频下会增加涡流损耗。The FeSi6. 5 / Fe soft magnetic composites (SMCs) were prepared by pressing and heat treatment using silicone resin as the insulating material, and the effect of iron powder content on the magnetic properties of SMCs was discussed in this paper. The results show that silicone resin is uniformly coated on the magnetic particles surface, resulting in increasing operating frequency of the synthesized magnets. As the Fe powder content increases, the density, maximum magnetic permeability, saturation magnetic induction and coercivity of SMCs increases gradually. The saturation magnetic induction value of the SMCs increases from 312. 8 mT to 568. 3 mT when the doping amount of Fe powder is 20%, which is increased nearly 81. 7%. The separation of magnetic loss indicates that the doping of Fe powder can decrease the hysteresis loss, while the eddy current loss of soft magnetic composites is increased under the high frequency range.
