摘  要:目的总结采用3D打印技术制备个性化钛网修复体修复面部骨性缺损的经验,对这一方法的用途、应用方法、成败因素等加以分析。方法选取天津市第一中心医院2016年5月—2018年9月,应用3D打印技术制备个性化钛网修复体修复面部骨性缺损22例。结果 22例病例均修复成功,外形良好。Objective To summarize the experience of repairing facial bone defect with individualized titanium mesh by 3D printing technique,and analyze the application,method and success or failure factors of this method.Methods 22 cases of facial bone defect from May,2016 to September,2018 were repaired with individualized titanium mesh prosthesis made by 3D printing technology.Results 22 cases were successfully repaired and had good appearance.Conclusion It is a reasonable and effective way to repair facial bone defect with prefabricated individualized titanium mesh by 3D printing technique.
