旅游扶贫背景下农牧民生计资本可持续性评价——以巴松措景区为例

摘　　要：以可持续生计框架中的生计资本为评价依据,设计量化指标来判断旅游扶贫参与下的当地农牧民生计资本的可持续性。选取巴松措景区为案例点,通过问卷调查获得该地农牧民在开展旅游扶贫的背景下其生计资本数据,运用DFID的生计资本框架构建可持续生计评价指标体系。通过熵权法确定各指标权重,计算出被调查家庭标准化后的生计资本量,并对巴松措景区农牧民的生计可持续性作出判断。Based on the sustainable livelihood framework,the sustainable livelihood capital of agro-pastoralists in Basum Lake Scenic Area was evaluated.Under the poverty alleviation policy,the data of livelihood capital of agro-pastorals in Basum Lake Scenic Area were collected from interviews.The sustainable livelihood capital evaluation frame was constructed based on DFID Livelihood Framework.The weight of each index of sustainable livelihood framework was determined by using Entropy Weight Method.The result shows:Surveyed families’ sustainable livelihood capital is non-ideal,but the physical capital and financial capital are both above 0.3.According to the survey,suggestions of evaluating the local agro-pastoralist s sustainable livelihood capital and pro-poor tourism work were made.
