摘  要:分析核电厂部分BOSS头焊缝存在未熔合、夹渣、气孔等超标缺陷问题,确定了BOSS焊缝缺陷产生的原因主要为焊工经验欠缺、焊接过程实施和控制不当等。考虑缺陷情况和现场条件等因素,制定了挖补返修、管件更换、Overlay堆焊修复、评估与监控等缺陷处理方案。根据经验总结,提出了BOSS头焊缝坡口角度、焊接工艺和无损检验的优化建议,降低了BOSS头焊缝缺陷产生几率,提升了核电厂的安全性和经济性。Some BOSS welds in nuclear power plant are found to contain many defects,such as incomplete fusion,slag,porosity and so on. Causes of BOSS weld defects are investigated and analyzed to be lack of experience for welders,improper implementation and control of the welding process,etc. Based on the conditions of defects and sites,some types of potential solutions (including localized repair,replacement of new pipes or BOSS,Overlay welding,evaluation & monitoring) are put forward to deal with the BOSS weld defects in various situations. Based on the experience,the optimum suggestions of groove angle,welding process and non-destructive inspection of BOSS weld are put forward,to reduce the probability of BOSS weld defects and enhance the safety and economy of the nuclear power plants.
