摘  要:针对CAP1400自主核电空心叶片内背弧过渡曲率和弯扭度大的特性,其内背弧成形模具和热压成形工艺是保证叶片制造精度的关键。根据内背弧型线结构特点,利用有限元模拟分析,设计出合理的热压成形模具。将JMatPro热物理性能计算结果与Autoform进行热力耦合模拟分析,最终制定出合理的内背弧成形的热压工艺,实现了复杂多维空心叶片的成形,保证了核电空心叶片的制造精度。In view of the characteristics of large internal back arc transition curvature and bending and torsion of autonomous nuclear power hollow blades in CAP1400,its internal back arc forming mold and thermoforming technology are key to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the blade. According to the structural characteristics of the internal back arc profile,a reasonable thermoforming mold is designed by using the finite element simulation analysis. The thermophysical performance result of JMatPro is simulated and analyzed with Autoform by thermodynamic coupling, and a reasonable hot pressure technology for internal back arc forming is finally worked out to realize the forming of complex multi-dimensional hollow blades and ensure the manufacturing accuracy of nuclear power hollow blades.
