摘  要:堆内构件是反应堆内的关键部件,为核燃料组件提供支承与定位,它既需要精确定位,还要防止流致振动导致的疲劳破坏。钴基合金具有良好的耐高温、耐疲劳、耐磨损等性能,是十分理想的定位处的接触材料。某核电项目堆内构件零件钴基合金堆焊后出现了较多缺陷,还导致个别零件报废。介绍了钴基合金耐磨机理,并从堆焊的各要素出发分析产生缺陷的原因。Reactor internals are the key components of the reactor. They provide support and positioning for nuclear fuel assemblies. They also need to be positioned accurately and prevent fatigue damage caused by fluid vibration. Cobalt-based alloys have good properties of high temperature resistance,fatigue resistance,wear resistance and so on. They are ideal contact materials for positioning. There are many defects in cobalt-based alloy surfacing of reactor internals in a nuclear power project,which also leads to the scrap of individual parts. The wear resistance mechanism of cobalt-based alloy is introduced,and the causes of defects are analyzed from various factors of surfacing.
