摘  要:分别用辐射剂量为0、50、100、150、200、250 Gy的^(60)Co-γ射线处理菜豆品种A18-1的成熟干种子,根据辐射剂量和种子的相对出苗率建立线性回归方程,研究^(60)Co-γ射线对菜豆的辐射诱变效应。结果表明,辐射处理的半致死剂量为126 Gy。用辐射剂量为126 Gy的^(60)Co-γ射线处理A18-1的干种子,对M_2进行田间表型筛选,共筛选到279株突变株,占M_2诱变群体总数的1.83%。构建了包括叶、茎、花和育性、荚、生长习性和株型、黄化、熟期等性状变异类型的突变体,可为今后菜豆遗传改良和功能基因组学研究提供新的材料。The matured dry seeds of snap bean cultivars A18-1 were treated with 60Co-γ-rays at 0,50,100,150,200,250 Gy,respectively.According to the radiation dose and relative seed emergence rate,a linear regression equation was established to study the radiation mutagenesis of 60Co-γ-rays on snap bean.The result indicated that the semi-lethal dose was 126 Gy.Then the matured dry seeds of A18-1 were treated with radiation dose of 126 Gy,and M2 generation was screened by field phenotypic performance and a total of 279 mutant strains were screened,accounting for 1.83%of the total M2 mutagenized populations.Mutants including leaf,stem,flower,pod,growth habit,plant type and ripe stage,etc.character variation types have been constructed,which can provide new germplasm resources for snap bean genetic improvement and functional genomics research.
