摘　　要：民族地区阿坝州部分医院受到资金短缺关键因素影响,其远程医疗系统处于闲置状态,未能有效发挥其社会效益与经济效益。本文基于资金视角尝试分析总结远程医疗在民族地区发展过程中资金短缺的主要影响因素,并结合文献研究、对比研究进一步提出相关解决路径以供探讨:加大财政转移支付、利用边际效用原理降低服务价格充裕现金流、引入市场资本。Some hospitals in Aba Prefecture in ethnic areas are aff ected by the key factors of shortage of funds, and their telemedicine system is idle and does not eff ectively exert its social and economic benefi ts. This paper tries to analyze and summarize the main factors infl uencing the shortage of funds in the development of telemedicine in minority areas from the perspective of funds, and puts forward some relevant solutions according to the literature Research and Comparative study: To increase the fi nancial transfer payment, reduce the abundant cash fl ow of service price by using the principle of marginal utility, and introduce the market capital.
