摘 要:智能电网和能源互联网的发展对电网信息处理能力提出了更高的要求,多源异构数据融合的辅助调度决策系统将成为电力调度员的重要智库。为提高电网调度操作过程风险辨识的效率和准确率,设计并开发了一套实用的电网调度操作过程风险评估与辅助决策系统。系统构建了标准化的接口平台,融合了操作票系统、能量管理系统、生产管理系统、调度员管理系统、继电保护系统、发电厂管理信息系统等数据源,实现多源异构数据的自动整合;通过不同设备操作过程的风险建模对每一项单项令分别进行风险量化评估,根据风险指标给出调度操作的决策建议。所开发的系统能够提高调度人员对于复杂调度操作过程潜在风险的预测和控制水平,指导调度人员进行科学的调度决策。As the development of smart grid and energy In. ternet has raised requirements for power grid information pro. cessing capability,the auxiliary decision-making system for dis. patching based on multi-source heterogeneous data fusion will provide more important technical support for the power dispat. cher. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the risk identification in the power grid dispatching operation process, this paper designs and develops a set of practical risk assess. ment and auxiliary decision-making system for the grid opera. tion. The system builds a standardized interface platform,and combines multiple data sources of operation ticket system,energy management system,production management system,dispatcher management system,relay protection system and power plant management information system to achieve automatic integration of multi-source heterogeneous data,The proposed sys. tem also assesses risk of each individual order quantitatively by risk modeling of different equipment operations,and gives decisions of dispatching operation according to risk indicators. The proposed system can improve the forecasting and control capa. bility to respond to the potential risk of the complex dispatching process for dispatchers,and instruct them to make scientific de. cisions.
