摘  要:为了有效预防丁二烯引发的事故,基于定量风险评价的指标,以某企业丁二烯储罐为工程实例,采用重大危险源区域定量风险评价软件CASST-QRA,模拟丁二烯储罐泄露事故后果影响范围,定量评价其对周边环境所造成的风险大小和可接受程度。结果表明:某企业的丁二烯储罐个人风险和社会风险均可接受,模拟结果可为制订应急救援预案及安全防范措施提供参考;同时,研究成果可以对企业的安全管理和有关行政部门的安全监督提供指导与依据,也为其他丁二烯储罐的管理和运行提供借鉴。The butadiene storage tanks of an enterprise were taken as examples,the quantitative assessment on the potential risk and acceptability for the surrounding environment caused by those leakage accident was obtained based on the simulation of the leakage accident consequences and the hazard area by CASST-QRA method.The results show that both personal and social risks of the example tanks are acceptable,which provides a reference for the formulation of emergency rescue plans and safety precautions.Besides,this research provides guidance and basis for the safety management of enterprises and the safety supervision of relevant administrative departments,and provides reference for the management and operation of other butadiene storage tanks.
