摘 要:目的评估南通市社区居民对基本公共卫生服务的知晓情况和利用情况,为不同基本公共卫生项目间的开展提出建议,满足居民基本卫生服务需要。方法采用调查问卷法和访谈法,选取南通市三家社区卫生服务中心服务的居民为调查对象,采用自制问卷进行调查;对南通市三家社区卫生服务中心主任进行访谈,了解其管理的卫生服务中心的基本情况。结果总体知晓率为81.7%,利用率为72.2%,两者受到社区卫生服务人力资源状况的影响。老年社区居民对基本公共卫生服务知晓情况和利用情况较好;社区卫生中心的保健服务项目未得到有效发挥;社区卫生中心基本公共卫生人员配置不合理。结论社区卫生服务中心应当增加专业公共卫生人才数量,完善人才培养和人才激励机制;加大基本公共卫生服务宣传与健康教育,提高社区居民利用基本公共卫生服务的便捷性,完善监督机制。OBJECTIVE To assess community residents’knowledge and utilization of basic public health services in Nantong,and to make recommendations depending on the differences in the development of different basic public health projects,in order to carry out basic public health services better,meet basic health service needs and improve the basic health system. METHODS A self-made question. naire was used to conduct a random sample survey in Nantong communities to understand the influencing factors of community resi. dents’ knowledge and utilization in Nantong. An Interview was given to the directors of 3 community health service centers in Nantong to understand the health service centers’basic conditions, the human resources and the daily work of basic public health services. RESULTS The overall awareness rate was 81.7%,and the utilization rate was 72.2%. The human resources in community health services affected the residents’ knowledge and utilization of public health services. The elderly residents had better knowledge and utilization of basic public health services. The health service items had not been effectively implemented. The allocation of human resource in communi. ty health centers was irrational. The convenience of accessing basic public health services needed to be improved. CONCLUSION The community health service center should increase the number of professional public health talents,and improve the personnel training and talent incentive mechanism at the same time;increase the publicity of basic public health services,improve the convenience of access. ing basic public health services,and improve the supervision mechanism.
