摘 要:对云南某低品位难选胶磷矿进行选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用HYY作为正浮选捕收剂、CF-813D作为反浮选捕收剂、通过常温正反浮选工艺,可获得磷精矿P_2O_5品位29.86%、P_2O_5回收率78.88%的技术指标。磷精矿品位和回收率均较低,主要是因为胶磷矿集合体嵌布粒度很细、与脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂所致。A beneficiation test of low grade and refractory collophanite ore from Yunnan was studied. The results show that phosphate concentrate grade of 29.86% and recovery of 78.88% was achieved through the direct-reverse flotation with direct-flotation collector HYY and reverse flotation collector CF-813D.The grade and recovery of phosphate concentrate were relatively low,which was caused by the fine particle sizes of collophanite aggregate and complex dissemination between collophanite aggregate and gangue minerals in the ore.
