摘 要:浙江某金矿石含金2.48g/t、砷2.01%、硫3.34%,金主要以显微及次显微不可见状存在于毒砂和黄铁矿中,属于高砷高硫微细粒金矿石。为回收矿石中的金,在研究矿石性质的基础上,分析了砷、硫对金回收的不利影响,通过多方案对比,制定了"浮选—金精矿焙烧—氰化浸出"的选冶工艺。经过详细的条件试验和流程内部结构筛选优化试验,浮选闭路试验获得了金品位21.6g/t、回收率86.76%的金精矿;金精矿在650℃下焙烧2.0h,As和S的脱除率分别达到了99.25%和98.93%;焙砂氰化浸出率为90.35%。金的综合回收率为78.39%,试验研究取得了良好的选冶技术指标。A gold ore in Zhejiang province contains 2.48 g/t Au,2.01% arsenic and 3.34% sulfur.Gold mainly exists in arsenopyrite and pyrite in microscopic and submicroscopic form,and it is a high arsenic and high sulfur fine-grained gold ore.In order to recover the gold in the ore,based on studying the nature of the ore,the adverse effects of arsenic and sulfur on gold recovery were analyzed,through the comparison of multiple schemes,the"flotation-calcination-cyanide leaching"flowsheet for gold recovery was selected.After detailed condition test and process internal structure screening optimization test,the flotation closed-circuit test obtained gold concentrate of Au 21.6 g/t and recovery rate of Au 86.76%;gold concentrate was calcined at 650℃ for 2.0 h,the As and S removal rate reached 99.25% and 98.93%respectively;the cyanide leaching rate of calcination slag was 90.35%.The comprehensive recovery rate of Au 78.39%,the experimental study achieved satisfactory technical indicators.
