摘　　要：公共图书馆志愿者管理工作是在解决其面临问题的过程中不断改进的。文章结合厦门市图书馆"三库三平台"志愿者管理模式的实践探索,对公共图书馆建立志愿者输送、管理及长效激励机制进行分析,并就有效组织志愿者服务提出可行的路径、方式及对策。Volunteer management of public libraries is constantly improving in the process of solving their problems. Based on the practice of volunteer management model of"Three Libraries and Three Platforms"of Xiamen Municipal Library, the paper analyzes the volunteer delivery, management, and long-term incentive mechanism in public libraries, while puts forward feasible ways, methods and countermeasures for effective organization of volunteer service.
