摘　　要：目的探索大型医疗设备绩效的有效评估方法。方法运用投资回收期法、投资收益率法、成本利润率法对我院2017年10月后新购设备进行半年度效益分析。结果仅以经济效益评价设备效益过于片面,必须通过充分可行性论证,搭建"运营中心数据仓库"进行大数据分析,从技术状态、社会效益、经济效益三个维度构建综合绩效考核机制。结论综合绩效考核方法可以实现不同设备效益的比较,较客观全面地反映设备使用情况,对资源的合理配置、高效运作产生积极作用。Objective To explore effective methods for evaluating the performance of large-scale medical equipment. Methods The semi-annual benefit analysis of new equipment purchased in our hospital after October 2017 was carried out by using the methods of investment payback period, investment rate of return and cost-profit margin. Results It was only one-sided to evaluate the efficiency of equipment only by economic benefit. We must build "data warehouse of operation center" to carry out large data analysis through sufficient feasibility demonstration, and build a comprehensive performance appraisal mechanism from three dimensions of technical state, social benefit and economic benefit. Conclusion The comprehensive performance assessment method can realize the comparison of different equipment benefits, reflect the use of equipment objectively and comprehensively,and have a positive effect on the rational allocation and efficient operation of the resources.
