摘　　要：目的构建医院信息化建设评价体系,以发现信息管理存在问题,为促进分级诊疗、区域医疗联盟的数据整合共享,提供基础数据。方法运用德尔菲法、变异系数法、CRITIC法确定由于信息化建设评价指标及权重,通过综合评分方法,对评价结果进行量化。结果大连市69.23%医院信息化建设水平总评分不及格,60%以上医院在二级维度,即医院重视程度、信息标准化及基础建设、信息系统技术方面评分不及格。结论应建立信息化建设评价体系,提高信息管理水平;进一步完善信息基础建设及系统、编码的标准化建设,完善各信息系统功能,提高信息化覆盖率和使用率;建立分级诊疗绩效分配体系,促进医联体真正的联通。Objective To find out the problems of information management, and provide basic data for promoting the data integration and sharing of grading diagnosis and treatment and regional medical alliance based on constructing the evaluation system of hospital information construction. Methods Delphi method, coefficient of variation method and CRITIC method were used to confirm the evaluation index and weight of informatization construction, and the comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantify the evaluation results. Results The total score of the information construction level of the 69.23% hospital of Dalian was less than 60 points, and more than 60% of the hospitals scored lower than 60 in two levels, which included the degree of hospital importance, information standardization and infrastructure construction, and information system technology. Conclusion The evaluation system of information construction should be set up to improve the level of information management. We should further improve the construction of information infrastructure and standardization of system and coding, improve the functions of information systems, and improve the coverage and utilization of information. The system of grading diagnosis and treatment should be set up in order to promote the true union of medical union.
