摘　　要：提出使用GIS ModelBuilder创建不动产基础要素批量入库工具,通过图形准备、预处理输入、入库流程3个步骤的标准和方案设计,从而实现从航测立体采集的dwg格式要素文件快速准确地转换成数据库gdb格式。方案模型得到的工具使用简单、效率高,便于普及,利于不动产基础要素统一确权登记工作。The article proposes to build a batch data warehousing tool for basic elements of real estate with GIS ModelBuilder through the standard and scheme design in three steps of graphic preparation,pre-processing input and warehousing process,thus to realize the fast and accurate conversion of dwg format element files collected from aerial survey into the database gdb format. The tools obtained by the scheme model are simple to use,high in efficiency,and easy to popularize,which is conducive to the unified registration of the basic elements of real estate.
