摘 要:石英灯辐射加热是目前飞行器典型整结构热试验使用最广泛的一种加热方式,本文围绕飞行器辐射加热面的工程测量需求,考虑DIC方法的原理和典型热试验的实际工程环境,分析了应用高温DIC测量方法研究石英灯辐射加热面变形信息的技术难点和误差来源,从制作高质量的标准高温散斑场和消除长波段辐射光干扰方面入手,提出了一种基于石英灯正面加热的高温DIC方法改进方案。最后设计C/SiC小板缝隙试验,结合石英灯辐射热流模型,优化设计满足DIC测量窗口的石英灯加热器,成功测量缝隙尺寸随温度增加的变化量,证明了基于石英灯辐射正面加热的高温DIC方法改进方案的可行性。该方法可以为研究结构或重要部件地面热试验中的局部变形、位移、缝隙等测试问题提供解决方案,对未来新型飞行器的试验研究具有非常高的实用价值。The quartz radiation heating was widely applied in the aerocraft typical thermo-structural experiment. In this paper, the principle of DIC method and experimental conditions were considered, and the error of measurement in thermo experiment was discussed with different source factors based on the engineering measured requirements of quartz front heating test. An improvement program for high-temperature DIC technology was proposed in the typical thermo-structural experimental measurement, include high quality speckle field for high temperature and eliminating the interference of long-band radiated light. Then, the C/CiS plates gap test was designed. The quartz radiation heating system was optimized to satisfy the measured window for DIC technology depended on the heat flow model. The gap change and displacement fields were calculated by using DIC method. Finally, these results indicate the feasibility and reliability of the DIC improvement program, and it applied a new method to study on the advanced aerocraft thermo-structural experiment.
