摘 要:为提高采煤机的自动化,智能化水平,更好的保障采煤机的安全、高效采煤,基于采煤机自动调高系统在煤矿开采中的主要作用,分析了采煤机自动调高系统的主要优点,研究了采煤机自动调高系统的组成及具体工作原理,实际应用结果表明,该采煤机自动调高系统能很好的适应不同采高的采煤需求,实现高效采煤。In order to improve the automation and intelligent level of the shearer,better guarantee the safety of the shearer and efficient coal mining,this paper is based on the main work of the coal mining machine automatic height adjustment system in coal mining used to analyze the main advantages of the automatic height adjustment system of the shearer,and studied the automatic adjustment of the shearer the composition of the high system and the specific working principle,the actual application results show that the shearer is automatically adjusted the high system can adapt well to the coal mining demand of different mining heights and achieve efficient coal mining.
