摘  要:研究了钻削挠性印制电路板(Flexible printed circuit board,简称FPC)时采用七种不同的垫板的钻削特性。分析了七种垫板的排屑过程及钻屑形貌。研究不同纸垫板、不同木垫板以及木垫板和纸垫板之间的钻削性能,分析垫板对FPC钻削过程的钻削轴向力、钻削温度以及钻头磨损影响规律。结果发现,垫板排屑特征和切屑形貌与垫板材料有关,纸垫板切屑呈螺旋带状,钻削时易缠绕钻针,其中FUF缠屑最为严重;木垫板切屑为粉末状,整体排屑过程较为顺畅。钻削垫板的钻削轴向力取决于垫板密度及表面硬度,垫板的钻削轴向力对FPC钻削轴向力的影响不大。FPC的钻削温度与垫板材料和排屑有关,使用FUF垫板时钻削温度最高,而密胺木垫板由于表面树脂易吸热软化,其钻削温度最低。木垫板的综合钻削性能优于纸垫板,主要表现在木垫板的排屑性能优良且钻削温度低。在不同钻削情况下应侧重考虑选用合适的垫板,为促进FPC排屑,且减小刀具磨损时,宜选用切屑为粉末状、密度低、表面硬度小的垫板,如润滑木垫板或密胺木垫板;而在考虑降低FPC钻削温度,提高钻削稳定性时,宜选用具有散热性树脂涂覆的木垫板,如密胺木垫板。This manuscript studied the drilling characteristics of seven different backup boards when drilling the Flexible Printed Circuit Board(FPC).The chip removal process and drill chip morphology of the seven kinds of backup boards were analyzed. The drilling performance of different paper backup board,wood backup board and the combining action of them were investigated. The influence rule of the backup board on the drilling thrust force,drilling temperature and drill wear of the FPC drilling process were studied. The result showed that the chip removal characteristics and the chip shape were related to the backup board material. The chip of paper backup board was spiral ribbon,which was easy to wrap the drill needle when drilling,among which the chip of FUF paper backup board was the most serious. The chip of wood backup board was powdery,and the overall chip removal process was relatively smooth. The drilling thrust force of the drilling backup board depended on the density and the surface hardness of the backup board. The drilling thrust force of the backup board influenced the thrust force of the FPC drilling. The drilling temperature of the FPC was related to the material of the backup board and the chip removal. The drilling temperature was the highest when using the FUF backup board,while the drilling temperature of the melamine wood backup board was the lowest due to the easy heat absorption and softening of the surface resin. The comprehensive drilling performance of the wood backup board was better than that of the paper backup board,which was mainly manifested in the excellent chip removal performance and the low drilling temperature of the wood backup board. The backup board with powder chips,low density and low surface hardness,such as the lubricated wood backup board or melamine wood backup board,were recommended to promote FPC chip removal and reduce tool wear.
