摘 要:通过装配有高精度解调系统的光纤光栅传感系统,并利用ANSYS软件技术对起重机金属结构进行有限元分析;引入有限元分析结果和起重机状态参数实时传输技术,实现对大型起重机重点结构部位现场应力监测;结合基于疲劳损伤累计法则,并利用高级疲劳耐久性分析和信号处理的软件编制算法准确计算与判断起重机剩余寿命;建立包含有限元参数化分析模块、状态实时监测模块、结构寿命预测模块、设备故障诊断模块、维保策略支持模块等在内的可视化软件管理平台。研制的大型起重机金属结构的可视化安全管理系统可开展国内起重机金属结构运行监控、寿命预测、故障诊断等,为政府、企业的安全监管工作提供可靠保障。According to the APDL parametric finite element analysis technology packaged by the software Visual Basic, the finite element analysis of metal structure of large crane was carried out in this article;basing on the real-time transmission technology of crane state parameters and the finite element analysis results, the stress monitoring of the key structural parts of large crane was realized;according to the fatigue fracture mechanical and the damage tolerance design technology, the initiation and propagation of crane structural crack and the residual life of the metal structure on large crane were calculated by the Fatigue Algorithm in the Fe-safe software;basing on the research results above, a visual management system for metal structure of large crane, including the finite element parametric analysis module, the status real-time monitoring module and the structure life prediction module, was established to solve the problem in the safety management of large crane in this article. The visual management system could promote the safety operation supervision work, such as operation monitoring, life prediction and fault diagnosis in our country. The research of visual management system for metal structure of large crane provided a reliable guarantee for the safety supervision of the government and the enterprises.
