摘 要:在现有技术架构基础上,提出以态势估测为抓手的新型智能调度体系,以确保对新形势下智能电网运行调控的精准把握。文中首先就当前电网发展特点进行罗列,并分析了传统调度之不适应;其次对电网态势估测及电网运行路线的相关理论进行介绍,并结合它们勾勒出智能调度的功能追求以及智能调度的整体运作框架;最后重点阐述了为达成智能调度所必须突破的8个关键技术点。Based on the existing technology, put forward to estimate the situation for the new intelligent scheduling system is the starting point of, to ensure the operation and control of smart grid under the new situation of accurate grasp. Firstly, the characteristics of power grid development are listed, and analysis of the traditional scheduling could not meet;followed by the knowledge of grid state estimation and power grid operation route, and combine them to outline in the perception of estimation, intelligent scheduling function pursuit of risk evaluation, auxiliary decision-making and automatic control and other aspects of the overall and intelligent scheduling operation framework;finally focuses on the 8 key points which must be broken through to achieve intelligent scheduling.
