新乡贤参与乡村振兴的作用分析

摘　　要：我国目前正处于社会经济的快速发展阶段,而乡村问题始终是制约我国发展步伐的一大障碍。为实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标、推进乡村治理、实现乡村振兴,要发挥"新乡贤"积极的推动作用。以新乡贤为视角,阐述其产生的背景和特点,从政治、经济、文化三方面分析其在乡村振兴过程中的作用,并在现有基础上,从政策制定、经验借鉴、内涵演进、机构设置和职责划分五个角度提出进一步推进新乡贤的战略举措。China is currently in the stage of rapid development of social economy,and the rural problem has always been a major obstacle to the pace of China’s development. In order to achieve the goal of"two hundred years",promote rural governance and realize rural revitalization,Xinxiangxian(local respectable persons) plays an active role in Promoting. This paper expounds the background and characteristics of its establishment from the perspective of Xinxiangxian. It analyzes its role in the process of rural revitalization from the aspects of politics,economy and culture. On the basis of the existing,it puts forward the strategic measures to further promote Xinxiangxian from the perspectives of policy formulation,experience,connotation evolution,institutional setup and shared responsibility,it provides useful reflections for rural revitalization.
