摘　　要：目的:设计口腔种植体管理信息系统,实现种植体的全程监管。方法:利用医院资源规划(HRP)系统的计划管理、采购系统、供应商协同和资质管理等部分,统一医院与门诊部的采购业务,在梳理流程的基础上,提出信息系统的设计要点,拓展系统管理范围、编写物料字典、设计产品条码扫描机制、优化结算流程和开通资质管理平台,加强供应商管理、资质管理及结算管理。结果:种植体全程监管系统可实施种植体条形码管理,每件种植体从入库、使用到出库全过程,可完整追溯,实现种植体全程监管。结论:种植体全程监管系统可加强质量控制,实现信息化双向追溯。Objective: To design a management information system about implant so as to achieve supervision with whole course for implant. Methods: Using plan management, purchasing system, supplier collaboration and qualification regulation of human resource planning (HRP) system to unify the purchasing business between outpatient departments and hospital. On the basis of sorting out process, through proposing the design key point of information system, expanding the range of system management, compiling material dictionary, designing barcode scanning mechanism of products, optimizing settlement process, opening platform of quality management to strengthen management for suppliers, qualification regulation and settlement management. Results: This supervision system with whole course about implant can implement barcode management for implant. And each implant can be completely retrospected from put-in-storage and use to put-out-storage. And then, the supervision system with whole course about implant could be realized. Conclusion: This supervision system with whole course about implant can strengthen quality control and realize bidirectional traceability with informatization.
