摘　　要：目的:探讨完善高值医用耗材阳光挂网采购对策,对高值医用耗材阳光挂网采购操作中存在问题进行分析。方法:以湖南省高值医用耗材阳光挂网采购为例,采取政府主导分批挂网采购、阳光挂网采购数据库建立及高值耗材采购主渠道采购模式,探讨医用耗材阳光采购,对比分析湖南省儿童医院高值耗材阳光挂网采购产品价格与挂网前价格。结果:湖南省高值医用耗材已挂网的13大类产品挂网目录中,产品价格低于医院原采购价格的品种约占85%,平均降幅10%以上。儿童医院正常使用而未纳入挂网目录的高值医用耗材约占该类高值耗材的50%。结论:实施阳光挂网采购,可明显降低高值医用耗材价格,但阳光挂网目录中尤其是专科使用类高值医用耗材急需充实完善。Objective: To explore and improve the countermeasure of online procurement for medical consumables with high cost, and further analyze exiting problem in operation of procuring medical consumables with high cost online. Methods: The open online procurement of medical consumables with high cost in Hunan province was selected as an example, and through online procurement in batches with government-leading, establishment of database of open online procurement and main channel model of procurement of medical consumables with high cost to explore open procurement of medical consumable. And the product prices of open online procurement of consumables with high cost were compared with that pre online procurement in Children's hospital of Hunan province. Results: In the online 13 categories of products of medical consumables with high cost in Hunan province, their price were lower than 85% of primary price of hospital, and the average decreasing amplitude was higher than 10%. These consumables with high cost which were normally used while didn't be included online catalogue approximately accounted for 50% of this kind of consumables. Conclusion: The price of medical consumables with high cost can be significantly reduced by open online procurement. While the catalogue of open online procurement (especially the consumables that are used in special department) urgently need to be improved.
