摘　　要：总结朱生樑治疗脾胃病经验。据脾胃的生理功能特点,结合海派中医丁氏内科流派学术经验提出"通""化""宣""平"辨治脾胃病观点,"通"指运用"通法"调理脾胃,"化"指运用运化、制化之法调理脾胃,"宣"指运用宣化悦脾、宣畅气机和宣降和胃调理脾胃,"平"指遣方用药平正轻灵、平和如衡、以平为期。在治疗中时刻顾护胃气,以胃气为本。ZHU Shengliang's experience in treating spleen and stomach disease was summarized. According to the physiological function and characteristics of spleen and stomach and combined with the academic experience of Ding's School of Internal Medicine of Shanghai School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, ZHU Shengliang put forward the general principles of treating spleen and stomach diseases which are dredging, resolving, diffusing and pacifying based on syndrome differentiation. Dredging refers to using the dredging method to regulate the spleen and stomach. Resolving refers to regulating spleen and stomach by means of transportation and mutual restriction. Diffusing refers to regulating the spleen and stomach by dispersing method to delight the spleen, the method of dispersing qi movement, descending qi and harmonizing the stomach. Pacifying refers to the flexible and balanced use of herbs and prescriptions for achieving the balance condition. The stomach qi should be emphasized during treatment, and rooted with stomach qi.
