摘  要:复合材料具有其他材料所没有的优良特性,是目前重要的航空航天结构材料之一。现代直升机机身大部分是由蜂窝夹层结构件组成,很多机载设备通过蜂窝夹层结构件中的嵌入件以螺栓的形式安装在机体上。由于工艺限制,安装嵌入件时蒙皮堆积的胶瘤需要过度打磨才能清除,严重影响了蒙皮强度。针对问题深入分析,结合现场试验比对后,证明本文论述的方案能有效避免蒙皮大面积打磨现象出现。Composite materials are one of the most important structural materials in aerospace because of their excellent properties.Most of the modern helicopter fuselage is made up of honeycomb sandwich structures,and many airborne devices are installed by bolts and embedded parts of honeycomb sandwich structures.Due to technological limitations,solidified glue is accumulated on the skin during the installation of embedded parts,and needs to be overpolished to remove,which seriously affects the strength of the structure.After the analysis of the problem,combined with test comparison,it is proved that the scheme discussed in this paper can effectively avoid the phenomenon of large area polish.
