太极拳推手技法在新规则中的运用研究

摘　　要：为了促使太极拳推手比赛回归本真,提炼出符合太极拳原理的技法,并运用到实际比赛当中,以太极拳推手新规则和传统太极拳技法为研究对象,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,结合新规则对太极拳推手技法进行分析。研究认为,在新规则下应突出粘黏连随,力求顺随;搭手听劲,视机而动;盘练根节,转关灵动;占中求园,不偏不倚技法在太极拳推手比赛中的运用。In order to promote the taijiquan pusher competition return to the original, extract the techniques in line with the principles of taijiquan, and applied to the actual competition into taijiquan pusher new rules, the paper takes traditional taijiquan techniques as the object of study, using the methods of literature, logical analysis, analyzes the new rules of taijiquan pusher techniques. According to the study, under the new rules, the adhesion should be emphasized and the compliance should be ensured. Hand listening, as the machine moves;dish practice root section, turn off clever;standing for circle, impartial techniques in the use of taijiquan pusher competitions.
