二指禅竞赛规则优化创新研究

摘　　要：武术功法"二指禅"独具特色,深受武术爱好者的喜爱。近年来,二指禅在全国武术功力比赛中扮演着重要的角色。文章运用文献资料法及对比法进行分析与研究。通过二指禅在"国际传统武术暨绝技大赛""全国武术功力比赛"及"少林无遮大会七十二艺选拔赛"中的竞赛规则进行了全面的分析,优化了竞赛规则。结果表明:(1)明确提出参赛选手必须使用中食二指且只能用手指第一关节为支撑点。(2)竞赛器材的进一步优化。(3)按年龄分组竞赛。(4)二指倒立的动作必须是背对墙壁或支撑面。(5)二指断木板纳入竞赛成为二指禅新亮点。通过对历届二指禅竞赛规则优化创新后制定出新规则,使比赛更加公平、公正、规范,并具操作性、可比性和观赏性,为二指禅的保护、传承、发展与弘扬起到了积极的作用。The Two Fingers Pointing Up with its unique features is loved by wushu lovers. In recent years, the Two Fingers Pointing Up has played important roles in kinds of national wushu power competition. The paper is analysised and researched by literature review and comparative analysis. The Two Fingers Pointing Up gives all aspects analysis for the competition rules through "The traditional of international wushu &unique skill race""National wushu power competition"and "The 72 unique skills of the shaolin opening competition". The results shows that: 1) the competition rules of the Two Fingers Pointing Up clearly indicate the contestant must use the middle finger and the index finger, and only use the first section of the finger as the supporting point;2) further Optimization of competition equipment;3) Group competition by age;4) The handstand action of the Two Fingers Pointing Up must be against the wall or supporting surface on the back;5) Breaking the plank with two fingers becomes the new bright point of the Two Fingers Pointing Up. The author formulates new competition rules after optimizing and innovating the competition rules of the Two Fingers Pointing Up in previous competitions. The new competition rules will make competition fair, justice, standardization, operational,comparable and enjoyable, which has played a positive role in the protection, inheritance, development and promotion of the Two Fingers Pointing Up.
