摘　　要：4个体育赛事相关版权侵权纠纷的判例呈现出体育赛事转播侵权性质判定的复杂性,说明从法律层面对体育赛事相关版权权属规定的必要性、迫切性以及明确性。体育赛事是"以类似摄制电影的方法创作的作品",赛事主办者与媒体机构可以通过合同明确版权的归属问题。我国应通过不断完善相关立法,努力提高相关版权保护的意识和行业自律性,尽快提高反侵权的联合执法能力,逐步加大反盗版新技术研发等措施,进一步加强体育赛事相关版权的保护。Decision on the nature of copyright infringement in sports events are complicated as shown from the four such cases, which extends the necessity, urgency and clarity of the legal provisions on copyright ownership in sports events.Sports related copyright is comparable to "a artful product created in a movie-like way", and competitive event organizers and the media can clarify the ownership of copyright by signing contracts. Meanwhile, more and better legal measures should be taken to strengthen the protection of copyright of sports events, and legal consciousness of copyright ownership and self-discipline raised among professionals in the trade related. Finally, collaborated enforcement ability in anti-infringement action should be built up as soon as possible and anti-piracy technology supported and developed.
