摘　　要：中非国际产能合作的开展为中国经济的转型升级和非洲工业化的实现带来了重大机遇。但在开展中非国际产能合作的过程中,国际局势的变化、中非社会文化的差异,以及政治、经济、社会环境等复杂问题使中国企业面临诸多风险与挑战。中国企业对非投资经营的风险识别和风险防控是影响中非产能合作能否顺利开展的重要因素之一,通过基于对国际产能合作背景与中非国际产能合作动因分析,结合PEST分析工具,从政治、经济、社会及技术四个维度设计问卷,对中非国际产能合作中中国企业面临的风险进行了实证调研,针对各类风险提出相应的对策与建议,旨在为中非产能合作的顺利开展、实现中非产能合作的互利共赢、打造新时代更加紧密的"中非命运共同体"提供助力。The development of international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa has brought great opportunities to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy for China and the industrialization for Africa.However,during the process of developing international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa,Chinese enterprises have to face up with many risks and challenges caused by the change of international environment,the difference of social culture between China and Africa, politics, economics, social environment and so on.The risk identification and prevention for Chinese enterprises during the process of investment to Africa is one of the important factors affecting the smooth development of international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa. On the basis of analyzing the background of international industrial capacity cooperation and the motivation of international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa,and by applying the PEST analysis tool to design questionnaires from the following political, economic,social and technological perspectives,we investigate and analyze the risk factors facing Chinese enterprises in international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for avoiding the potential risks that may incur.From the data collected and analyzed,our findings can make some contributions for the smooth development of international industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa, and have the mutual benefits and win-win cooperation in industrial capacity cooperation between China and Africa and "China-Africa Community of Shared Future" achieved.
