品管圈活动在1型糖尿病患儿家属健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在1型糖尿病患儿家属健康教育中的应用。方法 选取2016年10月-2017年4月62例1型糖尿病患儿的家属作为研究对象,通过成立品管圈,应用品管圈十大步骤,持续改进健康教育质量。统计实施品管圈活动后的1型糖尿病患儿家属健康教育测试得分和品管圈护士综合素质情况。结果 与实施品管圈活动前比较,1型糖尿病患儿家属健康教育测试得分提高(P<0.05),护士综合素质提高(P<0.05)。结论 正确运用品管圈质量改进工具可有效改善1型儿童糖尿病患儿家属健康教育效果和护士综合素质。Objective To explore the application of quality control circle(QCC) in improving the health education for family members of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods From October 2016 to April 2017, 62 families of children with diabetes mellitus were selected. Through the establishment of quality control circles, ten steps in the quality control circle were used to confirm the scores of health education for family members of children with diabetes after implementation of quality control activities. The quality of nurses in the quality control circle. Results Health education test scores of family members of children with type 1 diabetes improved ( P <0.05). Conclusion The correct tool for improving the quality of quality control circle can effectively improving the health education of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus and the comprehensive quality of nurses.
