摘 要:电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法是近十几年来发展最快的无机痕量元素分析技术之一,也是目前公认的最有效的元素分析方法之一。文中以Sc、Y、In、Bi为内标校正系统,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定地表水中Cu、Zn、As、Se、Cd、Pb 6种金属元素。结果表明,该方法具有较高的精密度和准确度,适用于地表水中不同浓度多种金属元素的同时测定。其中,6种元素的工作曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.024~0.174μg/L。标准样品的测定值均在保证值范围内,平行测定的RSD为0.9%~3.9%,实际水样加标回收率为96%~102%。Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is one of the fastest developed inorganic trace element analysis techniques in recent decades and is currently recognized as one of the most effective elemental analysis methods. Six metal elements, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Cd and Pb in surface water were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with Sc, Y, In, and Bi as internal calibration systems. The results show that the method has high precision and accuracy and is suitable for simultaneous determination of various metal elements in different concentrations in surface water. The correlation coefficients of calibration curves of six metal elements were over 0.999, and the detection limits were from 0.024 to 0.174 μg/L. The measured values of the standard samples were within guaranteed scope, and the RSDs of parallel samples were between 0.9 % to 3.9 %, the recovery rate of actual water samples were between 96 % to 102 %.
