摘  要:Q235钢在经热浸渗铝工艺处理后,在900℃、100 h条件下对其进行不连续氧化试验,研究了热浸渗铝钢的抗高温氧化腐蚀性能。试验研究结果表明,热浸渗铝试样氧化增重量约为原始试样氧化增重量的1/4,氧化速率为原始试样的1/3.6,热浸渗铝钢抗高温氧化腐蚀性能优良;氧化腐蚀后材料由表面的氧化膜、合金层和基体层组成,形成稳态的α-Al_2O_3氧化膜是保证热浸渗铝钢高耐腐蚀性的关键因素。The high temperature oxidation corrosion resistance on hot dip aluminized Q235 steel has been studied through the discontinuous oxidation test at 900 ℃ and 100 hours. The results show that the oxidation increased weight of the hot dipped aluminum sample is about 1/4 of the original sample,s oxidation weight, the oxidation rate is 1/3.6 of the original sample and the hot dipped aluminum steel has excellent resistance to high temperature oxidation corrosion. After oxidative corrosion, the material consists of an oxide film, an alloy layer and a base metal layer on the surface with the stable α-Al2O3 oxide film, which is the key factor to ensure the high corrosion resistance of the hot dipped aluminum steel.
