摘  要:分析了旋转切换阀的工作原理、标准规定的使用条件及整体结构设计方案。通过简化旋转切换阀流道,运用ISO 4126-1—2013《安全装置超压保护》工程算法快速计算流道的流阻系数,设计出满足标准要求的具有较低流阻系数的流道结构。通过对阀瓣与转子的特殊结构设计,使密封结构具有自找正的功能。在传动结构和底座的轨道联合作用下,可以实现安全阀的准确可靠的切换。通过特殊结构设计,使旋转切换阀流阻小、密封可靠、切换准确快捷,满足相关标准要求和实际应用的需求。The working principle, standard application conditions and overall structural design scheme of rotary change-over valve were analyzed. The flow structure with lower flow resistance coefficient of the rotary change-over valve was designed according to engineering algorithm of in ISO 4126-1-2013 Safety Device for Overpressure Protection. The self-alignment function of sealing structure is achieved though special structure design of disc and rotary parts, while the reliable switching is realized by combined effects of transmission structure and the base track. The rotary change-over valve, which has the characteristics of lower flow resistance, better sealing and accurate, quick switching function, can meet the requirements of relevant standards and practical application.
