摘　　要：康复是创伤骨科治疗的最终目的。科学的围手术期康复有利于患者更早更好地恢复机体功能,明显影响预后。医师需要打破传统创伤骨科与康复医学的会诊或是承接式的结合方式,建立一体化的全新工作模式,强调康复工作者在围手术期的全面深度介入,包括术前准备、术中参与和术后康复。肢体骨折在适当的复位和内固定术后,具体的康复方案同样重要。根据患者的具体特点和骨折部位及类型,结合创伤骨科及康复医师的意见经验,采用个性化的康复计划,选择恰当的负重时机和关节活动范围,加速患者康复。Rehabilitation is the ultimate goal of orthopedic trauma treatment. Scientific perioperative rehabilitation is beneficial for patients to better restore their body function earlier and significantly affect their prognosis. Doctors need to break the traditional mode between traumatic orthopedics and rehabilitation medicine,establish a new integrated work mode,and emphasize the comprehensive deep intervention of the rehabilitation workers in the perioperative period,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative participation and postoperative recovery. Rehabilitation is also important after appropriate reduction and internal fixation in limb fractures. Based on the specific characteristics of the patient and the location and type of fracture,doctors should combine the experience of trauma orthopedics and rehabilitation physicians,use a personalized rehabilitation program,select the appropriate weight-bearing timing and range of joint activities to accelerate patients recovery.
