摘  要:目的:观察旋毛虫(T.spiralis)肌幼虫(ML)排泄分泌蛋白(ESPs)对非小细胞肺癌A549增殖的影响。方法:将A549细胞进行分组,旋毛虫肌幼虫排泄分泌蛋白为实验组,顺铂(DDP)为阳性对照组和不加处理的细胞为阴性对照组,通过MTT比色法检测ESPs和DDP对A549细胞增殖活性的影响。结果:MTT检测结果显示,随着ESPs浓度的增加及作用于A549细胞时间的延长,A549细胞的增殖活力逐渐减弱,ESPs对A549细胞具有明显的抑制作用,呈剂量—时间效应。结论:旋毛虫肌幼虫排泄分泌蛋白对A549细胞的增殖具有抑制作用。Objective:To observe the effect of ESPs on proliferation rate of nonsmall-cell lung cancer line A549.Methods:The A549 cells were divided into groups, excretory-secretory proteins(ESPs) of Trichinella spiralis muscle larva as experiment group, cis-platinum(DDP) as positive control group and untreated cells as negative control group. The effects of ESPs and DDP on the proliferation activity of A549 cells were detected by MTT colorimetry.Results:The results of MTT tests showed that with the increase of ESPs concentration and the extension of time acted on A549 cells, the proliferation activity of A549 cells weakened gradually.ESPs had obvious inhibitory effect on the A549 cells, and presented dose-time effect.Conclusion:This study suggested that Trichinella spiralis muscle larval excretory-secretory proteins could inhibit the growth of A549 cells.
