早期奚族与后世奚族刍议

摘　　要：奚族是我国北方最古老的少数民族之一,形成于夏代,消亡于金初,有三千多年历史。奚族在西周时销声匿迹了,一千年后又于东晋时期出现,奚族的时隐时现留下千古谜团。夏商时期的奚族称早期奚族,东晋时期以后的奚族称后世奚族。近年的考古资料,印证了早期奚族是后世奚族的祖先,奚族的渊源并非东胡,也非匈奴,而应该是山戎。Xi ethnic group is one of the oldest ethnic minorities in northern China. It was formed in the Xia Dynasty and disappeared in the early Jin Dynasty. Totally, it has a history of more than 3,000 years. Xi ethnic group once disappeared in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and it reappeared in the Eastern Jin period a thousand years later. The now appearing and now disappearing of Xi people left a great mystery in the history. The Xi people in the Xia and Shang Dynasties are called the early Xi people. After the Eastern Jin, this ethnic group are called Xi ethnic group of later generations. The archaeological materials in recent years confirm that the early Xi people are the ancestors of the later generations. The origin of the Xi people is not Donghu, nor Xiongnu, but Shanrong.
