摘 要:文中根据水煤浆锅炉燃烧器的燃烧特性及冷态切圆调整计算对锅炉燃烧器进行了节能调整,彻底解决了防止结焦问题,提高了锅炉的燃烧稳定性。结果表明,燃烧器冷态切圆调整不仅制约着锅炉运行的安全、可靠性,更能提高运行的经济性,能够解决锅炉结焦问题。Based on the combustion characteristic of coal water slurry boiler burners and calculations of cold tangential circle adjustment, the energy saving adjustment was made, the anti-coking problem was thoroughly eliminated, and the combustion stability of the boiler was improved. The result showed that, cold tangential circle adjustment of burners not only can determine the safety and stability, but also can improve the economics of operation, and can solve the boiler coking problem.
