基于足部生理学的运动袜功能分区与设计

摘　　要：文章首先通过对当前运动袜市场进行调研,发现大部分运动袜的功能设计比较薄弱,难以满足消费者越来越专业化的穿着需求;其次,基于对足部骨骼、关节、肌肉等3个方面生理构造的分析和讨论,并结合足部运动步态、热湿分布等运动生理状态,细化了运动力学和热湿舒适的功能诉求;最终根据常用运动袜的针织组织结构的特点,进行了运动袜功能分区组合的优化设计。Firstly,through the investigation of the current sports socks market,the paper finds that the functional design of most sports socks is relatively weak,and it is difficult to meet the increasingly specialized wear requirements of consumers.Secondly,based on the analysis and discussion of the physiological structure of the bones,joints and muscles of the foot,the paper details the functional requirements of sport mechanics and heat-moisture comfort by combing with the sport physiology like foot movement gait,heat-moisture distribution,etc.Finally,the paper carried out an optimal design of the functional division of the sports socks based on the characteristics of the knitted fabric texture of the commonly used sports socks.
