摘  要:在社会保险和商业保险逐渐普及、房地产价格日益高涨的情境下,房地产能否促进居民旅游消费这一成长型消费成为亟须关注的重要问题。基于中国家庭金融调查的微观数据,实证检验发现:旅游消费存在房地产财富效应;社会保险和商业保险均显著促进了居民旅游消费;虽然整体社会保险对旅游消费的房地产财富效应无促进作用,但社会养老保险和社会医疗保险促进了旅游消费的房地产财富效应,而社会失业保险和商业保险则抑制了旅游消费的房地产财富效应;东部地区和西部地区的旅游消费的房地产财富效应大体相当,中部地区的旅游消费的房地产财富效应相对较低。基于以上结论,本文从提升社会失业保险的保障作用、普及商业保险知识和规范商业保险市场、提高旅游消费促进策略的针对性3个方面提出了政策建议。With the popularization of social insurance and commercial insurance and the rapid increase of house price,whether the real estate assets promote household tourism consumption has become an important topic.Household wealth is one of indispensable determinants of tourism consumption.Based on the China Household Finance Survey Data,this paper did an empirical study and the results show that:(1) housing wealth effect is significant and positive;(2) social insurance and commercial insurance positively insured household tourism consumption;(3) although there is no moderating effect of overall social insurance,there are positive moderating effects of social pension insurance and social medical insurance,and a negative moderating effect of social unemployment insurance;(4) there is a negative moderating effect of commercial insurance;(5) the housing wealth effect in eastern and western China shows no significant differences,but is stronger than that in central China.Based on these findings,the author suggested several key implications which are to promote the protection of social unemployment insurance,improving residents’ commercial insurance knowledge and the management of commercial insurance market,and developing the targeted tourism consumption promotion strategy.
