摘  要:雌激素在女性生理学和病理生理学,尤其是女性生殖功能上发挥至关重要的作用,与保护绝经前女性免患各种疾病有密切联系。经典的雌激素受体α和雌激素受体β是配体活化转录因子,可赋予许多基因雌激素敏感性。G蛋白偶联雌激素受体(GPER)参与快速/非基因的膜相关雌激素效应,开启了对快速雌激素信号通路领域的研究。随着研究的不断深入,免疫系统中GPER的作用逐渐被认识,GPER可能作为新靶点在免疫相关疾病治疗中发挥积极作用。Estrogen plays an important role in various aspects of women physiology and pathophysiology,especially in the reproductive functions.It is closely related to protecting premenopausal women from various diseases.Classic estrogen receptors and are ligand-activated transcription factors and they can give estrogen sensitivity to many genes.G protein-coupled estrogen receptor(GPER) can participate in rapid/non-genetic membrane associated estrogenic effects,which opens a new area of research into the rapid estrogen signaling pathway.With the development of research,the role of GPER in the immune system has been gradually recognized.GPER may play an effective role in the treatment of immune-related diseases as a new target.
