摘　　要：遗尿症是儿童时期常见的疾病,但常被忽视,可并发多种身心疾病,严重者可产生人格障碍。儿童遗尿症是指年龄大于5岁,睡眠期间不能自主控制排尿,无意识的排尿行为。若不予治疗,1%～2%的患儿可伴随终身,给患儿及家庭造成严重身体和心理困扰。近年来,遗尿症发病率逐年上升,目前国内外已制订管理指南,但治疗效果仍欠佳,准确诊断并解决导致遗尿的关键因素是治疗成功的关键,可见诊断工具和治疗方案的进步对成功治疗遗尿症发挥重要作用。Enuresis is a common disease in childhood,but it is often neglected.It can be accompanied by a variety of physical and mental diseases,and serious personality disorders can occur.Enuresis in children refers to the behavior of unconscious voiding behavior when the age is older than 5 years,which is inconsistent with the individual’s age or maturity.If not treated,1%-2% of the children can have the disorder for life,causing serious physical and psychological distress to the children and their families.In recent years,the incidence of enuresis has been increasing year by year.At present,management guidelines have been formulated at home and abroad,but the therapeutic effect is still not good.The key factor for successful treatment of enuresis is to accurately diagnose and solve the key factors leading to enuresis.The progress of diagnostic tools and treatment programs plays an important role in the successful treatment of enuresis.
