摘 要:以醋酸纤维素(CA)为基体树脂,低分子量聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,采用熔融共混方法制备复合材料,通过异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)的扩链与交联反应,实现了增强改性。研究了IPDI的添加量对复合材料微观结构、力学性能、增塑剂迁移性及流变性能的影响。结果表明,IPDI可以明显提高CA复合材料的拉伸强度。当IPDI添加量为20 phr时,复合材料的拉伸强度较CA/PEG提高了56. 26%,而断裂伸长率仍能保持在47. 56%,可满足一般的工业使用要求。Using cellulose acetate( CA) as the matrix resin and low molecular weight polyethylene glycol( PEG) as the plasticizer,the composites were prepared by melt blending method,and the chain extension reaction of isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI) realized enhanced modification. The effects of the added amount on the microstructure,mechanical properties,plasticizer migration and rheological properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of CA composites could be reinforced by IPDI. When the addition of IPDI is 20 phr,the tensile strength of the composite is 56. 26%higher than CA/PEG,and the elongation at break could still maintain at 47. 56%,which can meet the using requirements of general industrial.
