摘 要:利用生物医用高分子作载体,化学结合或物理包裹抗肿瘤化学药物、生物工程药物和微生物药物制剂通过植入或靶向至肿瘤区域,可增强药物在吸收过程中的稳定性,继而提高药物的生物利用度。药物以一定速率从制剂中缓慢释放,在肿瘤区域维持较高的药物浓度,同时降低药物对全身的毒副作用。本文综述了生物医用高分子在抗肿瘤微生物药物聚合物微球制剂、缓控释给药体系——聚乳酸微球、靶向载体——聚合物胶束、壳聚糖胶束靶向等方面的新型制剂研发及其应用,并报道了难溶药物载体——聚合物胶束研究的最新进展。Using biomedical polymer as the carrier, chemical or physical wrapped anti-tumor chemical drugs, biotechnology drugs and microbial medicine preparation were implanted or targeted to the tumor area. Stability of drug in the process of absorption could be enhanced, and then improving the bioavailability of drug, slow releasing drug at a certain rate from the preparations, maintaining high drug concentrations at the region of the tumor, at the same time reducing the side effects of drugs on the body. The research and development and application of novel preparations on biomedical polymer materials in antitumor microbial drugs of polymer microspheres preparation, slow controlled release drug delivery system--polylactic acid microspheres, targeted carrier--polymer micelle, chitosan micelles target and so on have been reviewed, and the latest progress on undissolved drug carrier--polymer micelle have also been reported.
