摘 要:为了分析大体积混凝土施工过程中温度及应力变化规律,便于采取合理的温控措施,以珠海市洪鹤大桥3号主墩承台及塔柱首节施工为工程背景,采用Midas/FEA对承台及塔柱首节大体积混凝土施工进行仿真计算分析。结果表明,承台及塔柱首节大体积混凝土内部最高温度及最大内表温差出现时间约为浇筑后第三天,内部最高温度及最大内表温差分别为70.4℃和22.5℃;各龄期最小抗裂安全系数为1.41,抗裂安全性较高。To analyze the change regularity of temperature and stress during construction of mass concrete, and take reasonable temperature control measures, taking the construction of the bearing platform and the first section of the No.3 pylon of the Honghe bridge in Zhuhai as the engineering background, the mass concrete construction is simulated calculation and analyzed using the finite element software Midas/FEA. The result shows that the maximuminternal temperaturereaches the highest value on the third day ,so that the maximum internal and external temperature difference. The maximuminternal temperature is 70.4 degrees centigrade, and the maximum internal and external temperature difference reaches 22.5 degrees centigrade.Meanwhile, the minimum safety-factor of cracking resistance reaches 1.41 during each age of the mass concrete, which is enough to resist crack.
